In a mind-blowing marketing video first published on March 25, but which had escaped widespread notice until recent days, the CIA enthusiastically endorsed several key tenets of what has now indisputably become a hegemonic left/liberal ideological and rhetorical construct:
The shift in cultural dynamics is fascinating and to that end, I am not an exception. I was a full fledged supporter of the Patriot Act even though I didn't have any details on how the law would be implemented or put into practice. As recently as the Snowden revelations, I distinctly remember telling my family that I would be concerned if the NSA didn't have people smart enough to come up with something like that.
I wouldn't have admitted to it at the time but I was willing to sacrifice the freedom of Americans for a vague sense of security. Over time, it has become increasingly clear that we have collectively weakened our civil liberties and due process by empowering these agencies. I'm not even confident that we are more secure because of them.
At one time, I would have been a part of a target demographic for these agencies. Now, my attitude toward these agencies has changed significantly. I wouldn't even consider speaking to the FBI without an attorney. There is no chance that I would ever want to work for them. The same goes for all the other alphabet agencies.
It makes perfect sense for them to recruit among a pool of woketarians. They are primed to adopt and disseminate propaganda. Even better, they can easily adopt this secular religion without fundamentally changing anything. Virtue signaling is the easy part. They could care less about equality of opportunity or the equity of outcomes as long as they have the power to move the goalposts where required.

Do you really think that they included him in on these plans of wokeness when it's one of the things that he rails against?
